Ah, yes, the final breakfast had every food imaginable, including gluten free options! <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1298 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/pisarro.org\/aboutnick\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSG_6585-1-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/pisarro.org\/aboutnick\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSG_6585-1-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/pisarro.org\/aboutnick\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSG_6585-1.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>We had absolutely no problems with our flight \u00a0from Catania to Rome or our flight from Rome to JFK. There were short lines at Customs, and our luggage arrived quickly. \u00a0Our driver was ready for us. Home, Sweet Home!<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->At home, my fingers weren&#8217;t swollen, so\u00a0my rings came off easily with liquid soap. \u00a0Nevertheless, I had my\u00a0rings resized. After we readjusted to the time zone, I checked out recipes for nucatoli cookies and selected one written \u00a0in Sicily by someone \u00a0who was familiar with American ingredients and measuring. The cookies in the photos looked and tasted exactly the same as those from\u00a0Antica Dolceria Bonajuto.
